What is a Sound Bath
Did you know that frequencies correspond to specific energy centers in your body?
When You just don’t feel right, or something goes wrong with your Body
that is your Energy centers telling you that you are
out of Sync and off balance.
That is when you are in need of a Chakra alignment and a
Sound bath to Reset your energy fields and get your Energy Flowing
in the right direction.
(This will allow your body to heal)
During the sound bath, expect to go on a journey that affects the
Mind, Body, and Spirit.
You may feel tingly sensations in the body, and you may experience physical or energetic release.
As you go deeper into the journey and shift into different states of
consciousness, most people feel deeply relaxed and at Peace.
If you fall asleep…even Better.. your Body needed the rest!
A Sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience where you are
immersed in deep sound vibrations.
Hence, “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different sound healing instruments such as:

In CC’s Sound Bath sessions, you can make yourself comfortable by
lying down, whether on a pillow or on our Crystal Bed,
or you can sit in a chair or on the floor.
Allow yourself to focus on the unique frequencies and as the Sounds vibrate throughout the room and bounce in and out of your mind, just relax and feel all your Stress and Tension float into the heavens.

My name is Mark, and I am an Intuitive
Sound and Energy Healer
Born in England and living in Las Vegas
for 7 years
Having spent most of my working life in
service to others, my passion and purpose
ultimately lead me down a path
to which I am able to be in service to others
whilst doing something that I am also excited and passionate about,
which is working with sound as a healing modality.
I have had the opportunity to work and study with some very talented and gifted mentors in places such as London England, Ecuador, and the U.S. It is through these experiences that in have been able to bring the knowledge with me and develop my craft in Sound and intuitive energy healing.
As an intuitive I feel vibrational frequency and sometimes we just need the right moment and space to recenter and align to our true signature frequency. I am here to facilitate this for you.
My goal is to take you on a journey back to oneness and self empowerment by releasing what no longer serves you and shifting you to your highest potential.
Many factors can shift us out of balance in our daily lives and through the use of frequency, we can shift back to balance or raise it to a higher level.
As an energy healer, I have brought these two modalities together as part of my practice offering a safe space here at CC Sees your Guiding Light, to surrender to the frequencies of unconditional love.
