What is a Sound Bath

Did you know that frequencies correspond to specific energy centers in your body?

 

When You just don’t feel right, or something goes wrong with

your Body that is your Energy centers telling you that you are

 

out of Sync and off balance.

That is when you are in need of a Chakra alignment and a

 

Sound bath to Reset your energy fields and get your Energy

flowing in the right direction.

(This will allow your body to heal)

During the sound bath, expect to go on a journey that affects the mind, body, and spirit.

​

 

You may feel tingly sensations in the body, and you may experience physical or energetic release.

​

 

As you go deeper into the journey and shift into different states of

consciousness, most people feel deeply relaxed and at peace.

comfortable by lying down, whether on a pillow or on our

 

Zero gravity chair, or you can sit in a chair or on the floor.

​

 

Allow yourself to focus on the unique frequencies and as the Sounds vibrate throughout the room and bounce in and out of your mind, just relax and feel all your Stress and Tension
