Put your Tourmaline and Pyrite on daily asking (the Pyrite) to mirror away negativity and the Tourmaline to collect what passes by the mirror shield. Take them off and replace them when they burn or bite you! And NEVER put them back on unless they have been Cleansed….. Sounds like a lot of work?....

Whenever I CC, do a Healing I always have my protection on, and I add Zebra calcite and Zebra Jasper so that their sickness does not enter into my body. I remove them immediately after and Cleanse them.
As I have gotten older, I realize just how important it is to stay healthy, so I make sure to follow the proper procedures to Protect my Aura and energy field allowing me to feel Healthy and as young as possible.
