Foods to Avoid
Some foods and drinks are unhealthy for the body and mind physically. They also can unbalance the chakras and cause energy leakages and blockages. Foods or drinks which encourage addictive behavior are particularly harmful for the sacral or second chakra, which when blocked can result in gluttonous or addictive habits. Foods with high levels of fat, drinks containing caffeine or other stimulants can cause problems with all the chakras.
